About WellNest

One space, many reasons.

Why Us

One place should do it all.

Most wellness routines involve compromise. The studio you like does not have recovery. The spa does not have movement. The gym does not have either. You spend the week travelling between them and never quite getting everything in.

WellNest in London Bridge, changes that.

Move in a studio built for it.

Reformer, mat Pilates, yoga and more, led by specialist instructors in a dedicated movement studio designed to challenge and restore in equal measure.

Recovery your body deserves.

Two saunas, six ice baths, a hot tub and a red light therapy room. Everything you need to properly reset after a session or a long week.

Treat yourself to better.

Private treatment rooms with experienced therapists offering massage and restorative bodywork. Proper therapeutic care, not an afterthought.

Work and eat between it all.

A cafe, juice bar and co-working space with fibre optic Wi-Fi. Good coffee, honest food and a calm place to think before, between or after everything else.

A wellness destination in the heart of SE1

Steps from Borough Market, Bermondsey Street and London Bridge station, WellNest brings together movement, recovery, treatment and community inside one of the area's most characterful Victorian railway arches. This is wellness for the whole day, not just the hour.

How It Works

Contrast therapy at WellNest.

Alternating between heat and cold is one of the most effective recovery practices in the world. At WellNest, you have everything you need to build your own ritual, at your own pace.

01
Choose your heat.

Start in the Finnish sauna or the Himalayan salt sauna. Both raise your core temperature and prepare the body for cold immersion. The salt sauna offers a softer heat with the added benefit of halotherapy. Stay for ten to fifteen minutes.

Take the cold.

Move to one of our six ice baths, with temperatures ranging from three to ten degrees. Choose your depth based on experience and preference. Even a two to three minute immersion is enough to trigger the physiological benefits of cold water therapy.

Repeat and finish your way.

Most people complete two to four rounds. When you are done, finish on heat if you want to feel relaxed and restored. Finish on cold if you want to feel alert, energised and clear-headed. It's up to you.
