Woman meditating in a forest with sunlight rays in a calm yoga setting

More than a wellness space.

WellNest was built on the belief that recovery, movement, community and rest should live together not across five different postcodes. This is what we made.

Our Story

Where WellNest began.

Where WellNest began.

For years, the industry fragmented itself into studios that do one thing, spas that do another and gyms that ignore recovery entirely. The venues that combined it all were mostly found in five-star hotels at five-star prices.

WellNest was founded to change that in London Bridge.

We took a listed Victorian railway arch on Crucifix Lane one of SE1's most characterful streets, steps from Borough Market, Bermondsey and the Thames and built a wellness destination designed around how people actually live. Not just the hour they spend at a studio, but the whole day. Before work. During lunch. After a session. On a Sunday morning.

The result is a space that holds everything together: reformer Pilates and yoga for movement, sauna and ice baths and infrared for recovery, treatment rooms for genuine therapeutic care, a cafe for the reset in between, and a co-working space for when the afternoon needs reclaiming. All of it in one building, five minutes from London Bridge station.

Love WellNest! It’s the perfect escape from a busy London life!

— Bren M.

A community worth belonging to.

Our members are not a singular type. They are early risers and night owls, solo practitioners and regulars who have turned WellNest into their social anchor. What they share is a feeling that this place is theirs.

We are a growing community, and are building toward something bigger. If you are looking for your spot in London Bridge, you have found it.

The people behind WellNest.

WellNest was founded by people who wanted a space they could not find anywhere else in London Bridge.
