Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling can be done through the WellNest app or by contacting our customer service.

7. What is included in the Full Access Membership?

The Full Access Membership gives you unlimited access to all WellNest services, including the spa (saunas, cold plunges, massages), fitness classes (yoga, HIIT, circuits), priority booking for events, and discounts at the café and retail section.

8. Can I try WellNest before committing to a membership?

Yes! We offer a Day Pass that allows you to experience our spa services or attend classes without a monthly commitment. This is a great option if you’d like to explore our facilities before joining as a member.

9. How do I become a Founding Member?

Our Founding Member package offers exclusive benefits, including discounted rates, priority booking, and lifetime perks. Spaces are limited, so we recommend signing up early through our website or app.

We provide yoga mats, blocks, and any equipment needed for your fitness classes. For the spa, towels and robes are provided. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as hydration stations are available throughout the hub.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payments via the WellNest app. For in-person purchases at the café or retail shop, contactless payments and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) are also accepted.

15. How do I update my membership details or payment information?

You can easily manage your membership, update personal details, and modify payment information through the WellNest app or by contacting our customer service team.

16. What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by UK law.
